Customer Support Agent – Hotel Operations

Location : Remote (India)

Experience : 1–3 years

Start Date : Immediate joiners

Shifts : Rotational (US Hours)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Support Agent to assist guests for our US-based hotel operations . The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills , a polite and professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality. Prior experience in hotel or reservations support is a strong advantage.

You’ll serve as the first point of contact for guests — handling reservations, inquiries, and service requests with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage hotel reservations , modifications, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
  • Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, room availability, rates, and promotions.
  • Resolve guest issues or escalate them to the appropriate team to ensure swift resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Coordinate with internal hotel teams (front desk, housekeeping, reservations) to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with a global support team and adhere to rotational shifts aligned with US time zones .

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience in hotel or hospitality customer service is a strong plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset .
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts (Morning / Mid / Night as per US hours).
  • Immediate joiner – available to start right away.

  • Experience with hotel booking systems or CRM platforms (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar).
  • Prior experience supporting US-based customers .
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
