Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for medical device distribution. Ensure cost-effective purchasing, strict process compliance, and seamless coordination with vendors and internal teams to support operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the procurement process from purchase order to payment, ensuring compliance and approvals at each stage.
• Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and RFQ processes to secure favorable terms.
• Manage and mentor the procurement team, delegating tasks and tracking performance via daily / weekly reports.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely GRN processing and discrepancy resolution.
• Ensure accurate documentation, system updates (SAP / Tally), and portal uploads (GEM / ECCI).
