Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Procurement specialist to join our Procurement Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Managing the procurement lifecycle for IT hardware, Infrastructure and additional Real estate services such as transportation, meal, housekeeping services, AMC etc in India & Global region
• Coordinating with regional / global IT, finance, and other business stakeholders to understand project and operational requirements
• Preparing RFPs / RFQs, analyze bids, conduct commercial and technical evaluations, and finalize vendor selections
• Working closely with Legal & Finance, stakeholders' teams for requirement and contract reviews
• Tracking and monitoring procurement KPIs (lead time, cost savings, vendor performance, etc.)
