About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Head who can bring depth, design thinking, and narrative structure to skilling programs. This isn’t about writing textbooks. It’s about building learning experiences that can scale across vocational education, higher education, and employability domains.
You’ll lead content strategy, structure instructional frameworks, and ensure quality alignment with NSQF, SSCs, and sector-specific requirements. You’ll also oversee vendors, content creators, and instructional designers, ensuring the final product is learner-centric, compliant, and impact-driven.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end content design for large-scale skilling and employability projects (non-K12).
- Translate qualification packs and model curricula into engaging, modular learning content.
- Guide internal and external content teams on tone, pedagogy, and output quality.
- Co-create frameworks for blended learning, faculty enablement, and assessment design.
- Partner with domain experts, instructional designers, and project leads to ensure academic rigour and on-ground relevance.
- Manage multiple workstreams — from content audits and vendor evaluation to final approval.
- Align deliverables with client specs, sector standards, and implementation timelines.
- Bring a point of view on what good learning design feels like for adults, not school students.
You Bring :
10–15 years of experience in skilling, higher education, or vocational content development.Strong understanding of NSQF, SSCs, and industry-aligned curriculum design.Prior experience managing content creation teams or external vendors.A sharp editorial eye, structured thinking, and comfort working across multiple sectors.Bonus : Exposure to international skilling, online learning ecosystems, or curriculum localisation.
