About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Last Mile Manager to support and execute last mile delivery operations in Mumbai. This role involves coordinating with delivery partners, tracking shipments in real-time, resolving exceptions, and ensuring seamless B2C deliveries. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high service levels, optimizing delivery timelines, and supporting customer satisfaction through efficient last-mile execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate daily last mile dispatches with 3PL partners and internal fleet teams
• Monitor real-time delivery tracking and resolve delivery exceptions / escalations
• Support route planning and suggest improvements based on ground realities
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries aligned with SLAs
• Collaborate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams for smooth order handovers
• Maintain daily MIS and assist in preparing delivery performance dashboards
• Assist in field audits, hub visits, and vendor reviews when needed
