Key Responsibilities
1.Design Development
- Participate in conceptual design, schematic layouts, and detailed design development.
- Create presentation drawings, working drawings, and BOQs with accuracy.
- Ensure all designs adhere to firm standards, local bye-laws, UDCPR norms, and client expectations.
2.Project Coordination
Collaborate with consultants (MEP, structural, landscape, lighting) and vendors to ensure seamless integration.Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, timelines, and adherence to design intent.Coordinate with contractors and project managers for smooth execution.3.Client & Team Communication
Assist in client presentations, discussions, and feedback implementation.Maintain strong communication with internal design and execution teams.Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure delivery within deadlines.4.Documentation & Quality Control
Prepare detailed working drawings, joinery details, and material specifications.Maintain organized project files, naming conventions, and quality standards.Support the creation of in-house libraries for materials, vendors, and project references.5.R&D and Innovation
Contribute to the firm’s R&D initiatives in sustainable design, new materials, and innovative detailing.Bring in fresh design thinking and modern technology (AI tools, BIM, rendering software, etc.).Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch); Master’s preferred but not mandatory.2–6 years of relevant experience in design and site execution.Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, Revit , and MS Office tools.Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and project execution.Good communication skills, a learning attitude, and a collaborative mindset.Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and team coordination efficiently.Self-driven, organized, and aligned with the firm’s values of honesty, integrity, and excellence .What We Offer
