Salesforce Consultant / Developer - Sales & Service Cloud

Description :

The Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Consultant / Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and customer engagement.

The role requires deep functional and technical expertise in Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, including hands-on configuration, customization, and integration.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while adhering to best practices and ensuring system performance, reliability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Perform hands-on configuration and customization using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Configure and manage Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, and related communication workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements.
• Develop and maintain reusable components, technical documentation, and coding standards.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment across multiple environments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and deliver within timelines.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and new capabilities to recommend relevant enhancements.
