Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Remote / Part-Time

Starting August 2025

$90–$140 / hour

100% Telehealth

Prospero Health and Social Care are proactively seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner with experience in medicinal cannabis , smoking cessation , or weight management ? We're partnering with a leading telehealth provider that’s expanding its national team and looking for an experienced NP to deliver patient-centred care remotely across Australia.

About the Nurse Practitioner :

As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you will :

Conduct remote consultations focused on medicinal cannabis, smoking cessation, and / or weight loss
Perform assessments, prescribe treatments, and develop personalised care plans via secure telehealth platforms
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure best outcomes for patients

Key details

Start Date : August 2025

Hours : 16–20 hours / week (flexible part-time schedule)

Location : 100% remote – work from anywhere in Australia

Rate : $90–$140 / hour (depending on experience and scope)

Support : Full representation by Prospero Health & Social Care in negotiations and coordination

About the Nurse Practitioner :

We’d love to hear from Nurse Practitioner who are :

Accredited and hold relevant Medicare provider status

Experienced (or willing to train) in one or more of the following : medicinal cannabis, smoking cessation, weight management

Confident in delivering care via telehealth, with sound clinical judgement and digital fluency

Patient-centred in approach, with excellent communication and time management skills

Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a virtual team
