About the Role :

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a key member of the CFL Platform Engineering and Operations team you will build and optimize CI / CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure tooling that support scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native applications. You’ll work hands-on across the DevOps stack to streamline delivery pipelines, improve developer velocity, and drive automation-first practices at scale.

What You’ll Do :

• Design and maintain CI / CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent tools
• Implement quality gates, automated tests, and deployment strategies (e.g., blue / green, canary)
• Automate artifact management, test coverage tracking, and policy-driven deployments
• Provision infrastructure and manage configuration using Terraform, Ansible, Helm
• Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes; manage Helm charts
• Integrate secrets management, DevSecOps tooling, and GitOps workflows
• Collaborate with SRE and observability teams to embed monitoring and tracing in delivery workflows
• Build dashboards and metrics for pipeline health, performance, and tool uptime
• Troubleshoot delivery issues, conduct root cause analysis, and improve release stability
• Work cross-functionally with application, SRE, cloud, and security teams to align DevOps solutions
• Share best practices and mentor teams on automation and deployment strategies
