About the Role :
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be a key member of the CFL Platform Engineering and Operations team you will build and optimize CI / CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure tooling that support scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-native applications. You’ll work hands-on across the DevOps stack to streamline delivery pipelines, improve developer velocity, and drive automation-first practices at scale.
What You’ll Do :
- Design and maintain CI / CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent tools
- Implement quality gates, automated tests, and deployment strategies (e.g., blue / green, canary)
- Automate artifact management, test coverage tracking, and policy-driven deployments
- Provision infrastructure and manage configuration using Terraform, Ansible, Helm
- Support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes; manage Helm charts
- Integrate secrets management, DevSecOps tooling, and GitOps workflows
- Collaborate with SRE and observability teams to embed monitoring and tracing in delivery workflows
- Build dashboards and metrics for pipeline health, performance, and tool uptime
- Troubleshoot delivery issues, conduct root cause analysis, and improve release stability
- Work cross-functionally with application, SRE, cloud, and security teams to align DevOps solutions
- Share best practices and mentor teams on automation and deployment strategies
What You’ll Bring :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field4-7 years of experience in DevOps, automation, or platform engineeringHands-on with GitLab CI / CD, Jenkins, or SpinnakerExperience with Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, Docker, and scripting (Python, Bash, Go)Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS / GCP acceptable)Familiarity with HAProxy, RabbitMQ, artifact management tools (e.g., Nexus, Artifactory)Experience building resilient deployment pipelines for microservices in cloud-native environmentsKnowledge of rollback strategies, pipeline observability, and SLO-driven release qualityExposure to DevSecOps tooling : container scanning, static analysis, policy enforcementExperience working with multi-tenant platforms and global engineering teamsMust Have Skills :
