Financial Systems Analyst,

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING : What You'll Do as a Financial Systems Analyst :

Providing troubleshooting and support to end users

In coordination with IT partners – support new user provisioning and existing user security updates

Assisting with system upgrades and new feature implementations

Maintain metadata (using EDMCS) to accommodate new business structures and reorganizations

Monitor monthly close process and load data into EPBCS via data integration and forms to ensure timely close processes

Coordinate issue resolution with Director of Financial Systems and external technical support providers

Support day-to-date activities within each EPM application

Help develop user guides and training for each EPM application

Assist with SOX control documentation for internal and external auditors

Maintain internal and external security policies, documentation, and testing for controls compliance

Assist with regression testing in support of Oracle EPM monthly version releases

Assist internal stakeholders with ad-hoc reporting / analytics requests

Special projects and process improvements as needed

What You'll Need to be Successful in the role of a Financial Systems Analyst :

• Understanding of basic accounts and financial analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with complex formulas and pivot tables
• Familiarity with Oracle EPM systems (FCCS, EPBCS, EDMCS, ARCS)
• High degree of attention to detail and organization
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaison with other departments
