Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, user acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee content marketing , including blogs, SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns to increase engagement and inbound leads.
- Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze marketing performance data, generate insights, and present actionable reports to leadership.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient ROI-driven spending.
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team or coordinate with agencies / freelancers to execute campaigns effectively.
- Drive employer branding and B2B lead generation initiatives tailored for recruitment and staffing audiences.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, recruitment technology, and competitive strategies.
Requirements
6+ years of proven experience in digital marketing , with at least 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role .Must have experience working with startups , preferably in the recruitment, staffing, or HR tech domain.Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing .Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager .Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in growth marketing or demand generation for SaaS or recruitment platforms.Exposure to B2B marketing and performance-based lead generation .Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.What We Offer
