About the Role
The Fit-Out Manager will oversee property fit-out projects across Union Living. This role requires expertise in AutoCAD, vendor management, and end-to-end execution, ensuring properties are launch-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review AutoCAD layouts, aligning with SOPs.
- Manage fit-out execution across multiple properties.
- Handle vendor onboarding, rate negotiations, GRN process, and documentation.
- Maintain fit-out data records and assist in procurement audits.
- Report inventory and conduct audit management.
- Manage sourcing and vendor relationships for fit-out requirements.
- Create and manage snag reports for both old and new properties.
- Work closely with Procurement for Opex purchases.
- Report directly to leadership while collaborating cross-functionally.
Requirements
5–7 years in fit-out management or project execution.Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical drawings.Experience in vendor management and procurement processes.Excellent negotiation and site management skills.What You’ll Get
