Job descriptionAssist team members in managing their sales pipelines efficiently. Actively participate in client interactions to help team members close sales effectively. Provide continuous training on Mumbai’s real estate market, sales techniques, and project-specific knowledge. Identify training needs and ensure team members are well-equipped with the latest market insights. Maintain and analyse Management Information Systems (MIS) to track team performance and sales pipelines. Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior management. Foster a positive, high-performance team environment through motivational sessions and regular feedback. Recognize and reward high-performing team members to strengthen team morale and engagement.
