📞 Hiring : Phone Banking Officer – Mumbai (Top Banking Brand)

💼 Experience : Freshers & Experienced

📍 Location : Mumbai / Thane / Navi Mumbai

🎓 Education :

Undergraduates : ₹1.80 – 3.00 LPA
Graduates : ₹1.80 – 4.50 LPA

💡 Job Role : Phone Banking Officer

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing solutions over the phone with professionalism and accuracy.

✨ Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound / outbound customer calls with a positive attitude

Provide accurate information regarding banking products & services

Resolve queries, raise service requests, and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain call quality, compliance, and process adherence

Update customer interactions in the system accurately

📝 Requirements

Excellent spoken communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)

Good listening & problem-solving skills

Ability to handle customer queries with patience and confidence

Basic computer proficiency
