Roles & Responsibilities :
Building and managing debt partnerships with multiple financial institutions across mutual funds, public sector banks, private banks, NBFCs, DFIs and others which shall include :
- Approaching & pitching to prospective lenders for extending debt in the group entities followed by owning the end-to-end process involving data exchanges & negotiations on terms.
- Innovating with the structures to create proposition tailored to investor classes and in alignment with the business objectives & cash flows.
- Understanding the business requirement, preparing financial models in line with the plans and planning the sources of funds to fulfill capital needs.
- Liaisoning with rating agencies, regulators, stock exchanges, trustees, legal counsels & internal teams to ensure a seamless execution.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with the lenders and targeting to strengthen it further in the form of enhancements or parallel services.
- Managing periodical reporting to the lenders and covenant compliances.
- Estimating the requirement & planning the sources of funds to fulfill short-term & long-term business needs.
- Interacting regularly with the internal teams to ensure knowledge of business & operations to a great level.
- Creating high quality content / data packs to position the business correctly
Managing relations with equity investors which shall include :
Interacting with investors and addressing queries regarding business updates, financial model, MIS and others.Leading the commercial & financial due diligence process during equity rounds with the consultants / auditors / investment banks.Analyzing the periodical MIS and sharing it with the equity investors.Preparing the investor presentations / decks for investment pitches or board meetings.Besides, this is an opportunity to be a part of the group which is planning to go for IPO in the coming months and the candidate will be directly involved in the process, starting from preparation of Road to IPO to the final listing.
The role offers a vast exposure in raising capital for different type of businesses- a sizeable NBFC business (INR 8000+ Cr AUM), a large commerce entity (20,000+ Cr turnover) and manufacturing business including 26 plants across sectors.
Skills & qualification required :
1-4 years of work experience in similar domain. Someone with experience in metals / NBFC would be preferred.MBA from a Tier-I or Tier-II college.Enterprising, full of hunger, ability to ideate, structure & articulate.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a networking attitude.What's on offer :
