Braze Developer (Remote)

Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Braze Developer (www.braze.com) to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing customer engagement campaigns using the Braze platform. This includes working closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver personalized messaging experiences across email, in-app, push, and SMS channels.

Responsibilities :

Develop, configure, and maintain campaigns in Braze using Liquid templating and Canvas

Integrate Braze with backend systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs

Implement event tracking, user attributes, and audience segmentation

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and translate them into Braze workflows

Troubleshoot and optimize message delivery, personalization, and performance

Ensure best practices in user privacy, compliance, and data security

Provide technical support and training to internal teams on using Braze, enabling them to leverage the platform effectively

Any other Braze-related IT projects and ad hoc IT tasks

Requirements :

Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field

2+ years hands-on experience working with Braze platform

Experience working with Braze SDKs (iOS, Android, or Web)

Familiarity with Braze Currents and data streaming to external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Segment)

Ability to work independently in a remote, agile environment

Excellent communication and documentation skills
