Role Summary

The E-Procurement Expert will be responsible for managing the entire bidding and tender preparation process, ensuring compliance with various contract models within the Infrastructure / Urban development / Real estate sector, specifically for projects executed with the involvement of multiple implementation agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Tender & Bidding Management : Prepare and manage comprehensive Tender documents / DOCUMENTS for infrastructure, urban development, and real estate projects.
• Contract Proficiency : Demonstrate proficiency in Bidding Process Management across various contract types, including :
• Lump-Sum Contract
• Percentage Rate Contract
• Item Rate Contract
• EPC Contract
• PPP Mode Contract
• Project Execution : Apply expertise in projects involving Building and multiple infrastructure sectors, particularly those executed in a similar context where multiple implementation agencies are involved.
• Project Track Record : Successfully prepare / execute at least 3 projects demonstrating competence in the required areas.
