Job descriptionPerform hourly quality checks on assigned production lines Conduct HACCP monitoring and record data accurately Complete routine sampling, testing, and measurement checks Document all QC results and immediately report non-conformances Verify line setup and perform pre-start and in-process checks Work closely with production staff to maintain consistent quality Hold a Bachelor of Food Science or equivalent qualification Experience working within a food manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and confidence in decision-making Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with production teams A proactive mindset and a commitment to food safety and quality
QC Officer – Food Manufacturing
- Full-time Temporary position for 2 to 3 months
- $40 to $46 per hour
- Immediate Start
- Shift times will vary between 5am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Hands-on, fast-paced environment with a supportive QA / QC team
