About the role

This Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the effective implementation of Cbus’ Operational Due Diligence framework and other Cbus first line operational risk management, control and compliance frameworks.  This role is a Line 1 risk role within the broader Business Risk and Compliance Team.

Key areas of focus for this role include :

• Operational due diligence of investment managers
• Service provider risk management
• Risk reporting and communications
• Investment risk and compliance management

The role will require investment lifecycle and investment operational risk experience, ideally within a superannuation fund, investment bank, broker, investment manager or custodian environment across different asset classes and hedge funds.

Understanding of operational due diligence and / or experience with operational processes in the trade lifecycle across different asset classes is ideal.
