Account Executive (17 / 10 / 2025)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to support our International Business Accounts Department. The role involves managing incentive workings, accounting operations, budget preparation, debtor collection, and financial analysis. This position is suitable for B.Com / M.Com freshers with strong academic records or candidates with one to two years of experience in accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage incentive workings for employees and dealers based on performance.

2. Account for bank receipts.

3. Prepare sales and expenses budget.

4. Compare budget vs. actuals.

5. Calculate employee and dealer incentives.

6. Verify and account for expenses.

7. Handle debtor collection.

8. Perform ageing analysis of accounts receivable.

9. Conduct sales analysis – customer and product mix.

10. Work efficiently with MS Office.

11. Use ERP accounting platforms.

Qualifications :

• B.Com / M.Com (Fresher with good academic records)

Or B.Com / M.Com with 1–2 years of relevant experience
