We are now looking for a dynamic and self-motivated professional to join our team as a Client Servicing & Marketing Executive — someone who can seamlessly blend relationship management, sales acumen, and on-ground execution to uphold and strengthen our brand’s reputation for excellence.
Role Overview :
As a Client Servicing & Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in nurturing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional sponsor and audience experience at our events. The position demands a combination of strategic thinking, interpersonal finesse, and hands-on involvement in event execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary liaison for corporate clients and sponsors — understanding their objectives, managing expectations, and ensuring top-quality service delivery.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal creative, production, and operations teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client goals.
- Prepare post-event reports, feedback analyses, and presentations for partners and sponsors.
Sales & Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and lead generation through proactive outreach, networking, and cold calling.Support in conceptualizing and preparing proposals, pitch decks, and sponsorship presentations.Contribute to marketing and partnership initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.Track and manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions.On-Ground Event Coordination
Represent Banyan Tree during events and ensure sponsors and clients receive seamless on-ground servicing.Coordinate branding placements, client hospitality, and deliverables as per commitments.Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure flawless event execution.Anticipate and resolve any on-site client requirements promptly and professionally.Desired Skills & Attributes :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong client-facing, presentation, and negotiation abilities.Outgoing and people-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven approach.Ability to manage multiple projects and work calmly under pressure.Understanding or appreciation of Indian performing arts and culture is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM or marketing tools will be an added plus.Qualifications :
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.3–5 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or marketing — ideally within event management, media, or entertainment.Why Join Banyan Tree :
