Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Ticket Booking Executive - IATA, located in Salem. The Ticket Booking Executive will be responsible for booking tickets, managing reservations, coordinating with airlines, processing payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling travel requests, providing fare and schedule information, and assisting with travel-related inquiries. The role requires attention to detail and excellent customer service skills to ensure smooth and efficient booking processes.

Qualifications

• Experience and proficiency with ticket booking and managing reservations
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with airlines and clients
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments and ticket information
• Customer service skills to handle travel inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Familiarity with IATA regulations and standards
• Relevant certification or training in travel and tourism, IATA certification preferred
• Knowledge of global travel routes and destinations is an advantage
