Key Responsibilities
- Handle post-sales operations for Majorly International Holiday Package bookings if person have knowledge Domestic will be preference.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and activity partners.
- Issue vouchers, invoices, and travel documents for confirmed bookings.
- Ensure all services are booked, reconfirmed, and delivered on time.
- Handle customer queries, amendments, and special requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
- Should have Experience of handling on Tour Responsibility.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
