The Role

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate sales team activities and assist in achieving sales targets.
• Handle inquiries from customers and provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Manage and maintain customer records and databases.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made for clients.
• Ensure timely processing of orders, dispatches, and deliveries.
• Act as a point of contact between the customer and the internal departments.
• Monitor team performance, provide administrative support, and report sales data.
• Help with the preparation and organization of promotional materials and events.
• Maintain inventory and assist in forecasting demand.
