Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair care, styling, and treatment services as per Advanced Hair Studio protocols.
• Support consultants and specialists during client consultations and service procedures.
• Deliver pre- and post-service guidance to clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, grooming, and studio presentation.
• Monitor and manage stock of hair care products and equipment.
• Educate clients on hair maintenance techniques and suitable products.
• Assist in studio events, promotional campaigns, and client engagement activities.
• Ensure consistent delivery of premium service standards aligned with the brand image.
