Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities :

Inventory Management-

Monitor and maintain stock levels across warehouses, dark stores, and fulfillment centers.

Ensure accurate GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock postings, and timely reconciliations.

Conduct cycle counts, physical stock audits, and resolve discrepancies.

Manage inventory health – slow moving, near expiry, and returns.

Coordinate with procurement and production teams for replenishment planning.

B2C and B2B Logistics & Fulfillment-

Manage end-to-end order fulfillment process for D2C , B2B and marketplace orders.

Coordinate with 3PL / courier partners for pickup, dispatch, and last-mile delivery.

Monitor daily order SLA adherence (TAT, same-day / next-day dispatch).

Track shipment status, handle delivery exceptions, and resolve escalations.

Ensure packaging compliance as per channel / marketplace guidelines.

NDR Calling

Reporting & Analytics-

Maintain inventory MIS (stock position, ageing, shrinkage, etc.).

Prepare logistics performance reports – OTIF (On-time In-full), RTO, delivery TAT, and freight cost per order.

Analyze courier performance and suggest improvements.

Support monthly / quarterly business reviews with actionable insights.
