Job Summary :
The Backend Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing and streamlining internal sales processes, ensuring smooth communication between teams, and handling administrative tasks related to client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely communication.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in our CRM system.
- Generate and distribute regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales team and management.
- Identify and implement improvements to sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with the creative, marketing, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Handle scheduling, invoicing, and other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with advertising industry trends and terminology is a plusJob Type : Full-time
