Roles & Responsibilities
Partner with marketing to generate and qualify leads through digital campaigns, events, and outreach.
Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client needs and position OpsMaven’s services effectively.
Own the full sales cycle : from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
Represent OpsMaven at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and contribute to business growth.
Work Experience
4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the services or outsourcing space.
Proven success in managing the full sales cycle and closing deals.
Experience working with startups or in high-growth environments.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.
Skills & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus).
Prior experience in sales, account management, or business development roles.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Experience in startup environments or service-based businesses is highly desirable.
