Information Technology Engineer in Thane

Job Title : IT Executive

Department : IT / Administration

Reporting To : Management / IT Head

Key Responsibilities

• Server Management : Handle end-to-end server operations, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of internal and external servers.
• Network & Connectivity : Ensure stable internet connectivity, manage LAN / WAN setup, and address any network-related issues promptly.
• IVR & DVR Management : Oversee configuration, functionality, and maintenance of IVR and DVR systems; ensure smooth voice and video recording operations.
• Biometric & Access Control Systems : Manage and maintain biometric devices (ESSL) for attendance and access; resolve integration or sync issues with HR systems.
• CCTV Surveillance : Monitor and maintain the CCTV system; ensure recordings, backups, and camera functionality at all times.
• User Account Creation & Access Management : Create, modify, and deactivate user IDs (email, Bitrix, cloud, etc.) as per onboarding / offboarding protocols.
• Hardware & Laptop Maintenance : Maintain laptops, PCs, and peripherals; perform routine system health checks and coordinate repairs or replacements as required.
• IT Support & Troubleshooting : Provide timely IT assistance to employees; resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Data Backup & Security : Ensure regular data backup, antivirus updates, and system protection to maintain information security and minimize downtime.
• Vendor Coordination : Liaise with external vendors or service providers for IT infrastructure, AMC, or equipment repairs when required.
