Communicate effectively with patients and their families, offering clear explanations regarding illness, prognosis, and treatment options. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality critical care. Apply strong clinical judgment, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking skills in managing complex, life-threatening conditions. Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to established clinical protocols and standards.
