U.S.-Based Dental Organization About the Role : We are looking for a
professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive
to join our U.S.-based dental care and implant organization.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
helping patients, managing communication, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams . You will be the first point of contact for patients, creating a positive and professional experience that reflects the quality of our dental practice. Key Responsibilities :
Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls with professionalism and courtesy
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments in the system
Provide accurate information about treatments, insurance, and office policies
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
Coordinate with front desk, insurance, and clinical teams to ensure smooth operations
Follow up on treatment plans, recalls, and outstanding payments
Ensure all interactions meet company communication and service standards
Assist with administrative tasks and reporting as needed
Collaborate with U.S.-based offices and teams

Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in
customer service, call center, dental, or healthcare environment
Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and phone systems
Preferred : Experience in
dental or medical industry
is a plus
Knowledge of dental billing or practice management software
