About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Training Manager to lead capability-building initiatives across our (B2B) business partner vertical. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering impactful training programs focused on sales effectiveness , leadership development , and skill enhancement to drive business growth and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute training programs for sales teams
- Facilitate workshops on soft skills and sales effectiveness
- Roll out leadership and managerial development programs for current and future leaders
- Engage proactively with all sales team members to identify and understand the specific challenges they face in achieving their Key Result Areas (KRAs).
- Analyze business opportunities and assess the current skill gaps within the sales team.
- Conduct training needs analysis , refreshers, and performance evaluations
- Track and report on training effectiveness , learning impact , and ROI
- Publish monthly / quarterly dashboards and insights on development progress
Key Requirements
5–10 years of experience in Learning & Development or Sales Training (BFSI sector preferred)Proven track record in Sales Training , Leadership Development , and Capability BuildingStrong communication , facilitation , and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
