We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Compliance to lead the compliance function in a fast-growing fintech environment. In this role, you will define and implement robust compliance frameworks, ensure full regulatory adherence, and proactively manage organisational risks. You will work closely with senior leadership, regulators, and cross-functional teams to foster a strong culture of compliance and governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure end-to-end compliance with RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, and other relevant regulatory bodies governing fintech and NBFC operations.
- Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies, governance models, and risk management frameworks.
- Conduct regular monitoring, reviews, and internal audits to ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory guidelines.
- Act as the point of contact for regulatory authorities and manage compliance-related inspections, audits, and submissions.
- Partner with product, lending, insurance, and investment teams to embed compliance throughout business operations.
- Stay abreast of evolving industry regulations and proactively implement required changes.
- Drive policies related to data privacy, cybersecurity, AML / KYC, and risk controls across the organisation.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of compliance professionals to uphold ethical standards and organisational integrity.
Qualifications & Experience
8+ years of experience in compliance within NBFC, banking, or fintech domains.Deep understanding of RBI regulations, AML / KYC norms, data privacy requirements, and corporate governance standards.Proven expertise in handling regulatory audits, interactions with governing bodies, and developing compliance roadmaps.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with regulators, auditors, and senior leadership.Degree in Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.
