Job Summary :
We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Business Development Managers to join our team across key regions in Gujarat.
The BDM will be responsible for generating new business, expanding market presence, and strengthening client relationships in shipping, air cargo, and freight forwarding services.
The role demands strong market knowledge, client acquisition skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive new business acquisition across air freight, ocean freight, LCL, and door-to-door solutions.
- Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Promote Jeenas end-to-end logistics offerings in the assigned region.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Maintain updated sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly revenue and margin targets as set by the Sales Head.
- Provide regular market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to DSO standards.
Required Skills & Experience :
Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred).3-6 years of experience in sales / business development within logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding.Strong knowledge of Gujarats logistics ecosystem (ICDs, ports, airports, and industrial hubs).Basic understanding of import / export documentation and trade lanes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in assigned territory.What We Offer :
