Requirements : For Freshers-
- Must have excellent English communication .
- Experience in international voice process OR travel industry is preferred.
- Basic understanding of ticketing or GDS is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts & handle global customers.
- Ability to handle customers globally with professionalism.
For Experienced Candidates-
Minimum 2 years of Team Lead / Supervisor experience in BPO or Travel Process.Hands-on experience managing KPIs like CSAT, AHT, Attrition, Shrinkage & Rostering .Ability to coach teams, handle escalations & drive performance.Strong knowledge of airline / ticketing process with Amadeus working experience.Key Responsibilities :
