About the role

You'll help in the development of new fragrances innovation, for global and local brand initiatives, providing olfactive and technical support to ensure superior fragrance solutions are delivered

Your responsibilities

You'll support and lead the evaluation for all fragrance development projects and ensuring successful technical development of the fragrances and overall consumer products, for the region.

Ultimately, you'll will support the development of consumer loved fragrances, from ideation, through launch and on to product maintenance, helping us in support of our purpose, to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world.

The experience we're looking for

• . Minimum of Bachelors / Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline with 9 years + experience in Fragrance development / product development and application in a FMCG environment.
• . Experience in being an interface between Reckitt R&D team and core

suppliers, including leading the briefing / debriefing and evaluation of fragrances to guide the development process.
