This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an International Customer Service Representative. The role involves assisting global customers with inquiries, providing excellent customer support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and enhancing overall customer experience. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, maintaining a strong understanding of company products and services, and ensuring clear and professional communication with clients across international markets.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining a high standard of service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment
Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred
High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree is an advantage
Note :
For undergraduates 6months international BPO Experience is required
