Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Perform fitment analysis of customer requirements against Dynamics 365 capabilities
- Create and consume JSON and integrate using Web API / WCF services
- Customize and extend Dynamics CRM through plugins, workflows, and JavaScript
- Configure CRM entities, business rules, and process flows as per business needs
- Manage Dynamics CRM solutions including packaging and deployment
- Ensure adherence to the Dynamics CRM security model for roles and access levels
- Optimize application performance and apply best practices in Dynamics 365 implementations
- Work with .NET Framework 4.7.1 or above, specifically on backend integration
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders
Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of C#, OOPS concepts, and .NET technologiesHands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization, and deploymentIn-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and Power PlatformExperience working with WCF, Web API, and JSON handlingFamiliarity with solution management and security architecture in CRMGood communication and analytical skillsNote
