Job Title : Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Location : Mumbai (Andheri East)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Experience Required : 3–6 years

Position Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Functional Consultant – D365 CRM to join our growing team at atQor , a Microsoft Solutions Partner and global leader in digital transformation. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and delivering tailored CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Responsibilities :

(1) Requirement Gathering & Analysis :

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand CRM-related business processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).

Document and translate business requirements into functional specifications.

(2) Solution Design & Configuration :

Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet client needs.

Customize entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and business rules.

(3) Implementation & Integration :

Lead or support full-cycle implementation of D365 CRM solutions.

Manage data migration and integration with other enterprise systems.

(4) Training & Documentation :

Conduct training for end-users and administrators.

Develop user guides and system documentation.

(5) Post-Implementation Support :

Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

(6) Collaboration & Delivery :

Work with project managers, developers, and consultants to ensure timely and quality delivery.

(7) Continuous Learning :

Stay updated with the latest D365 CRM features and recommend best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and support.

Strong understanding of CRM business processes and workflows.

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Microsoft Dynamics certifications (preferred).
