Product Manager

Description : Responsibilities :

• Spearhead building of the new transformation platform. Build a forward-looking brokers' platform.
• Manage the complete product life cycle : Crafting product vision and clear specs to collaborating with developers, QA, release, support, and being a customer evangelist.
• Bring a metrics-driven approach to product development. Approach building software with extensibility. Build frameworks, not just features.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Stakeholder Management : Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and executives. Provide regular progress reports to the CEO and other stakeholders (including project status and timelines).
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product team.
