Supply Chain Planner (Urgent Search)

Purpose / Function of the role :

Optimize inventory levels, ensuring timely FG supply, and maximize operational efficiency to meet customer demands by driving following deliverables :

1. Demand Planning

• Create Demand planning based on forecast received from all online and offline Sales Channels
• Drive forecast accuracy inside the organization coordinating with cross functional teams for resolving significant variances.

2. Supply Planning & New Product Development

3. Inventory and Service Management

Essential / preferred attributes :

1. Experience : 1-4 years of experience in demand & supply planning / capacity management

2. Must be familiar with WMS / ERP / SAP-MM systems

3. Analytical mind, self-motivated, detail oriented with good problem solving skills

4. Well versed in Data handling (SAP, MIS, Excel, Dashboards)

5. Excellent Cross functional team working skills

Education required :

1. Engineering graduate, Masters preferred

2. Experience of working in a Plant, Lean / Six sigma certification would be an added advantage.
