Skills and Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and control methodologies across all trades.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and regulatory standards throughout project execution.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and commissioning programs, ensuring effective delivery by contractors and consultants.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and manage project-specific Quality Plans, ITPs, and methodologies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, test results, and compliance reports.
• Lead QA teams, providing supervision, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to improve material and service quality.
• Issue monthly Quality Control (QC) reports and ensure timely communication of project quality performance.
• Ensure defect rectification within the Defects Liability period and manage handover documentation including O&M manuals, warranties, and spares.
