The opportunity

Guidewire Claim Centre Support with minimum experience level of 9 years.

Your key responsibilities

• Guidewire Claim Center Support and Maintenance Manager (9 years) has the prior experience to manage support projects.
• Must be flexible to work in shifts (Rotational Shift India Shift UK Shift) and On Call Support on a roster-ed rotational basis.
• Proficient in maintaining and supporting GW applications enhancements conducting testing and managing deployments.
• Manages the Guidewire CC Configuration and Integration.
• Should be able to manage the key SLAs and KPIs for the successful execution of project.
