Job descriptionProvide comprehensive coordination support for recruiters. Schedule interviews across multiple time zones with precision. Coordinate interview scheduling while ensuring exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline interview logistics. Update recruiting systems accurately. Track recruiting activities and provide detailed reports. Support additional recruiting projects as needed. Act as a liaison for candidates throughout the process. 4+ years of Recruitment Coordination experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle high-volume scheduling with accuracy. Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong follow-up skills; proactive in task management. Tech-savvy with experience using HR systems. Flexible to work non-traditional shifts based on business needs. Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
