Role & responsibilities

• Building and maintaining relationship with key stakeholders including government Officials, regulatory bodies, media and the public.
• Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the company's image, manage Its reputation and address public concerns.
• Navigating the regulatory landscape, securing necessary permits and licenses and Advocating for the company's interests with government entities.
• Managing internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging and transparency.
• Ensuring the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations and implementing Robust internal controls.
• Overseeing various administrative functions to ensure the smooth and efficient Operations of the organizations
• Manage and development of company's Corporate Social Responsibility programs.
• Responsible for estate management (i.e. entire immoveable property of the Company) land management, ensuring possession of land and

establishments from all incumbents.
