Tender Executive

Job description :

• To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering / bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications
• Prepare Technical Financial bids in assistance with seniors & Prepare documents for e-Tendering on portals
• Receive and deal with enquiries from Clients concerning Tenders
• Also Regular Follow-up with prospective buyers for a Purchase Order
• Drafting and Negotiation of agreements / commercial contracts needed for business operations
• Able to manage proactive communication with Client and interface with other disciplines
• Good command over the English language & Communication
• Practial knowledge of excel & its various function
