Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in HT–LT panels, electrification works, EPC contracts, AMCs, and industrial projects .
- Develop and maintain relationships with government departments (PWD, PHED, DISCOMs, Railways) and large private clients.
- Track upcoming tenders, registrations, and bidding opportunities ; coordinate with consultants and liaison officers.
- Build partnerships with panel vendors, subcontractors, and EPC firms.
- Achieve business targets in line with URSS's expansion roadmap.
Requirements :
Graduate / MBA (preferred) with 4–10 years experience in electrical contracting, EPC, or infra project sales .Strong network with consultants, govt. officials, industrial clients, and vendors .Knowledge of tendering, BOQ pricing, and project sales cycle .Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented personality.Willingness to travel extensively.Education
Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E), PGP, PGDM, Master of Public Administration (MPA), Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Masters in Technology (M.Tech / M.E), Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX)
