Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities : -

• Stakeholder Engagement & Management : Identify, analyze, and engage internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and concerns throughout the project lifecycle
• Requirement Gathering & Clarification : Act as the primary interface for capturing, refining, and clarifying requirements from stakeholders, ensuring all expectations are clearly understood and documented
• Expectation Management : Proactively manage stakeholder expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, and project scope;

provide transparent andtimely updates to both partners and internal teams

facilitate workshops, requirement reviews, and feedback sessions to nurture alignment and address any emerging concerns

coordinate timely resolution or escalation as required

Qualifications / Required Background

Master's degree preferred.
