POSITION Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant

LOCATION Offshore Remote –India (Must Live in India only no Outside candidate will be considered)

DURATION 6 Months

Required Skills & Experience :

3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Compensation / Advanced Compensation.
Strong expertise in configuring merit, bonus, and allowance plans.
Prior experience with India payroll and compensation practices.
Ability to translate HR / Compensation requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
Experience with testing, validation, and merit cycle execution.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred :

Experience working on global merit cycles with regional variations.

Workday HCM Core knowledge.

Workday certification in Compensation / Advanced Compensation.

Experience with BIRT statement design and delivery in Workday.

Skills Required

Workday HCM Core knowledge, Configuring merit bonus and allowance plans, India payroll and compensation practices, Workday Compensation Advanced Compensation, Testing validation and merit cycle execution, BIRT statement design and delivery in Workday
