You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and ensure the robustness and scalability of the PEGA platform. This role demands a deep understanding of PEGA PRPC, system integration, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.

• Execute performance tuning and optimization.
• Integrate PEGA applications with other systems and databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PEGA implementations.
